USAFA Cadet Support Services   2

The description of work for this requirement is to provide non-personal cadet support services to include customer support, facilities management, and event management in areas of: 1) USAFA Event Support & Management, 2) Facility Support & Management Services (Athletics Department support of facilities and events, clothing and other services, and equipment and services) (Cadet Wing support of quarters furnishings and equipment and other cadet graduation support) (Dean of Faculty support of academic facilities support, special cadet projects and curriculum aids, presentation and engraving services)(Preparatory school support of candidate furnishings), and 3) Exhibit support.

Background
The Department of the Air Force Headquarters 10th Contracting Squadron at the USAF Academy in Colorado has issued a solicitation for Cadet Support Services. The memo provides details about a tentative site visit and pre-proposal conference for interested parties.

Work Details
The solicitation includes an organized one-day pre-proposal conference and site visit scheduled for 25 Jan 2022 at the USAFA South Gate Pass and Registration Building in USAFA CO 80840. Prospective offerors are required to arrive no later than 7:45 A.M. MS/DT on the specified date. The site visit is expected to last a full day, with transportation provided to and from the Pass and Registration Building. Interested parties planning to attend the conference/site visit must contact the designated Point of Contact (POC), Mr. Michael Davidson, by 7 Jan 2022, 12:00 P.M. MS/DT, providing attendee details and necessary identification information in advance. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in denial of access to the conference/site visit.

The contract will be performed at the USAFA South Gate Pass and Registration Building, located at 8486 South Gate Blvd, USAFA CO 80840.
