Background
The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is seeking to procure Cadet Parade Uniforms through a combined synopsis/solicitation. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality uniforms that meet specific military standards for cadets. This requirement is being competed on a full and open basis, allowing all responsible business concerns to submit quotes. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price requirements indefinite delivery contract (IDC).

Work Details
The contract includes the manufacture and delivery of the following items:
1. Men's Cadet Parade Jacket - 900 Each, manufactured according to SPEC 150-250313-M_W Prd Jkt dated 13 March 2025.
2. Women's Cadet Parade Jacket - 340 Each, manufactured according to SPEC 150-250313-M_W Prd Jkt dated 13 March 2025.
3. Unisex Cadet Parade Bibbers - 3,500 Each, manufactured according to USAFA Specification 261 dated 13 March 2025.
4. First Article Samples:
- Men's Cadet Parade Jacket Size 40R - 1 Each
- Women's Cadet Parade Jacket Size 12R - 1 Each
- Unisex Cadet Parade Bibbers Size 32R - 1 Each.
All items must conform to the specifications outlined in the attached documents (Atch #1 and Atch #2). The pricing arrangement for all items is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).

Place of Performance
Delivery for all items must be F.O.B. Destination to U.S. Air Force Academy, CO 80840.
