Background
The U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) is seeking to procure athletic jackets for cadets as part of its mission to provide quality apparel for its personnel. This solicitation is issued under the Request for Quotations (RFQ) number FA700026Q0005, and it aims to establish a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a small business. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of high-quality athletic jackets that meet specific requirements outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase and delivery of athletic jackets as specified in Attachment 01 - SPEC 370-170505-AJKT-COMBINED. The following items are included in the contract line item structure:

- **Item 0001**: JACKET, ATHLETIC, MNS; Quantity: 1,600 EA; Government Furnished Material (GFM): Wool Tropical (8305-01-057-9818).
- **Item 0002**: JACKET, ATHLETIC, WMNS; Quantity: 700 EA; GFM: Wool Tropical.
- **Item 0003**: JACKET, ATHLETIC, MNS; Quantity: 1 EA; GFM: Wool Tropical.
- **Item 0004**: JACKET, ATHLETIC, WMNS; Quantity: 1 EA; GFM: Wool Tropical.

Options for additional quantities are also included for subsequent years:
- **Option Year 1**: JACKET, ATHLETIC, MNS; Quantity: 1,600 EA and WMNS; Quantity: 700 EA.
- **Option Year 2**: JACKET, ATHLETIC, MNS; Quantity: 1,600 EA and WMNS; Quantity: 700 EA.

All jackets must be made from CLOTH ALL WEATHER #540 and comply with the Berry Amendment requirements. Delivery must be F.O.B Destination to U.S. Air Force Academy, CO 80840.

Period of Performance
The first article must be delivered within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO), and subsequent deliveries must be made within 90 days after the first article has been approved.
