URL: https://feedback.gsa.gov/jfe/form/SV_1HwTWyDWM1p8q1v Requirements Identify requirements for the Weapons Load Crew Management Tool (WLCMT) that is hosted on the Lifecycle Management Process Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE). LCMP-IDE is an Air Force (AF) Automated Information System (AIS) requiring Information Assurance (IA) process compliance and documentation. The Weapons Load Crew Management Tool (WLCMT) was developed in 2013 and is used to track the certification status of 2W1X1 personnel. In compliance with AFI-21-101, the use of Air Force IMT Form 2435 and 2419's are used to document training, certification and minimum required proficiency loads. This web-based version of WLCMT replaced the legacy Access-based WLCMT version in 2014.
The Air Force Global Strike Command is seeking data management services for the Weapons Load Crew Management Tool (WLCMT). The WLCMT is a web-based tool used to track the certification status of personnel involved in weapons loading. The primary objective of this contract is to ensure compliance with information assurance processes and documentation, as well as provide infrastructure support, software maintenance and support, user support, incident response, and hosting environment support for the WLCMT. The period of performance for this contract is five years, with the majority of the work being performed at the contractor's facility. However, some performance may occur at government facilities. The contractor must possess the necessary training, qualifications, experience, and clearances to fulfill the requirements of this contract.
