Description

SUBJECT: Request for Information (RFI) USAF UNCLASS Information Technology (IT) Support 9th Civil Engineering Squadron (9 CES) at Beale Air Force Base, California.

The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 Market Research, to determine sources capable to provide non-personal services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award.

The purpose of this RFI is to query the market for potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified sources that can provide/perform the stated requirement. Interested and/or potential sources are requested and encouraged to submit responses via the attached RFI Memo. The RFI memo is fillable and strictly voluntary. All correspondence resulting from this RFI, and relevant questions shall be sent to Teresa Perez at teresa.perez.9@us.af.mil and Emily Rodriguez at emily.rodriguez.8@us.af.mil.

Please refern to the attachments to assist the Government in developing the acquisition strategy of this requirement.

Background
The 9th Civil Engineering Squadron (9 CES) at Beale Air Force Base provides facility, airfield, and utility system construction, operations, and maintenance; fire emergency services; explosive ordnance disposal; emergency management; unaccompanied and privatized family housing facilities and programs; asset optimization and environmental security.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide non-personal Unclassified Information Technology (IT) Support services to 9 CES at Beale AFB. This includes supporting services to the Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise Operating System environment, Microsoft Office suite applications, various Commercial off the shelf (COTS), and government off the shelf (GOTS) applications. The services also involve USAF NIPRnet computer support services system administrator maintenance, IT security, IT asset inventory, customer support, systems administration services, network support functions, network and customer Information Technology (IT) support processes, computer security compliance, IT acquisition & assets management support, software life cycle management support, centralized help desk services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period plus four 12-month option periods.
