USAF - SolarWinds On-Site Training, Travis AFB, CA - MRAS

This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the technical proficiency of USAF personnel, specifically those stationed at Travis Air Force Base in California. The work requested involves delivering an intensive, one-week onsite technical training focused on SolarWinds administration for up to ten personnel from the 60th Communications Squadron (CS) at Travis AFB. The training will cover best practices and advanced techniques in utilizing key SolarWinds modules, including Network Performance Monitor (NPM), Network Configuration Manager (NCM), User Device Tracker (UDT), and VoIP and Network Quality Manager (VNQM). These modules are critical for maintaining robust network performance, ensuring secure configurations, tracking device usage across networks, and managing voice communications quality.

Training sessions are scheduled to be conducted at 581 Waldron St Bldg 243 on Travis AFB during regular duty hours from 0730 to 1630 PST. The earliest commencement date for this training is June 16, 2025, with flexibility for scheduling within a window that concludes before October 1, 2025. This timeframe allows for coordination between the vendor and USAF representatives to finalize dates that accommodate both parties' schedules while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing base operations.
