USAF - Odoo Open Source Business Mgmt Platform - MRAS

Purchase Agency: Platform One (P1)

Purpose: The purpose of this government purchase is to provide P1 with the ability to create and maintain software threat models and secure compliant code in support of the United States Air Force (USAF) Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) while utilizing the flexibility of the cloud. Odoo, a fully integrated and customizable open source Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business management software, is being considered for this purpose.

Work to be Acquired: Odoo is an open source business management platform that will enable P1 to efficiently manage its existing and forecasted customer base growth. The platform offers scalability through modular construction, allowing for future expansion with low initial financial burden. With its extensive library of 27,000 applications, Odoo can be customized at a low cost to fit P1's diversified customer requirements, providing the necessary flexibility to support the needs of the warfighter worldwide.

Timeframe of Acquisition: The period of performance for this acquisition is from May 10, 2024, to May 9, 2025.

Place of Performance/Delivery: The place of performance for this acquisition is Platform One/HNCX located at 420 Broadway St., San Antonio, TX 78205.

Notable Information: This is a new license purchase for P1. The Odoo contract will provide 30 Odoo Custom licenses and 100 hours of Project Support. All licenses will meet Department of Defense (DoD) regulatory guidelines. The contractor selected for this acquisition must have a single point of contact for coordination with the P1 Program/Acquisition Manager (PM/AM) and the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO). Additionally, Platform One is requesting software alternatives that are equal or greater in value than Odoo and able to meet the mission requirements, which should be included in the Request for Information (RFI).
