The Headquarters Cyberspace Capabilities Center (HQ CCC) is seeking contractor support for their Identity Management (IdM) program. The program includes Air Force Directory Services (AFDS) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) support for the implementation of PKI and Common Access Card (CAC) programs. The contractor will work with unclassified and classified data and require access to Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet). The work to be acquired includes information technology process reengineering, strategic planning, program management strategy and planning, requirements analysis, information technology program lifecycle assessments, policy development/updates, and conference planning and meeting initiatives. The contractor will also be required to comply with security requirements including obtaining security clearances for personnel, following base security procedures, and safeguarding government property and information.
