** In accordance with Class Deviation 2025-O0003; this solicitation has been amended to remove clauses "52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities" and "52.222-26 Equal Opportunity" from the provided attachments titled, "RFQ FA706025Q007 - HG Alteration Services" and "Solicitation - FA706025Q0007".

Attachments titled, "RFQ FA706025Q007 - HG Alteration Services - Amendment 1" and "Solicitation - FA706025Q0007 - Amended" shall supersede the previously posted attachments. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.**

This is a Non-Personal Service requirement for Uniform Alteration Services. The contractor shall be responsible for uniform and performance costume tailoring and repair funded by the Government for the USAF Band and Honor Guard. Tasks shall include alterations, fitting, maintenance, repairs and embroidery for all official uniforms and performance costumes in accordance with the attached pricing spreadsheet and performance work statement. These services are to be performed at Hangar 2 (USAF Band) or Building 7100 (USAF Honor Guard), Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington DC, or the contractor's place of business. in accordance with the attached performance work statement.

**52.232-18 Availability of Funds:
Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.**

Background
The United States Air Force (USAF) is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal service uniform alteration services for the USAF Band and Honor Guard. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all uniforms and performance costumes are tailored, repaired, and maintained to meet the standards required for public performances and military ceremonies.

Work Details
The contractor shall be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Perform alterations, fittings, maintenance, repairs, and embroidery for all official uniforms and performance costumes.

2. Alter performance costumes and uniforms specifically for the USAF Band, USAF Honor Guard, and the 11th Wing Chaplains at Arlington National Cemetery, serving a total of 515 members.

3. Replicate existing clothing designs and patterns as well as perform sewing services including attaching patches and ceremonial aiguillettes according to Air Force Instructions (AFI) 36-2903.

4. Ensure that all uniforms and costumes are ready to wear upon pickup by service members, with alterations completed, tailoring markings removed, and garments pressed according to government specifications.

5. All services provided must receive approval from designated USAF personnel.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods starting from March 18, 2025, through March 19, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Hangar 2 (USAF Band) or Building 7100 (USAF Honor Guard), Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington DC, or at the contractor's place of business.
