Description

The Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) is seeking support for the Global Command and Control System (GCCS) and Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) through a C4I Engineer Support and System Administration contract. The purpose of this effort is to provide high-quality system administration, technical, engineering, and hardware support for the GCCS and DCO systems at various locations. The contractor will be responsible for tasks such as operational support, system engineering and development, software/firmware support, training and documentation support, technical expertise support, IT maintenance/technical support services, C2I equipment custodian services support, and GCCS senior technical support analyst.

The scope of work includes providing professional and technically qualified personnel to perform assigned tasks at the start of the contract. The contractor will be responsible for supporting the GCCS-Joint (J) Common Operational Picture (COP)/Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), GCCS-Air Force (AF) Deliberate Crisis-Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES), and GCCS-AF Logistics Feasibility Analysis Capability (LOGFAC) for Headquarters ACC, ACC GCCS sites, and other USAF operational or exercise sites as required. The contractor will also be responsible for system administration, network administration, database administration, testing and integration, vulnerability management, training, technical engineering, and program support for these systems.
