USAF - FY25 Environmental Impact Analysis Process Services - MRAS

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the United States Air Force (USAF), is conducting market research to identify potential service providers for an Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP). This initiative is part of a broader effort to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and to assess the potential impacts of proposed activities at various Air Force installations. The overall goal is to maintain environmental stewardship while supporting mission readiness and operational requirements.

The contract seeks services for conducting Environmental Assessments (EA) and/or Environmental Baseline Surveys at four specific installations: Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center in Michigan, Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Michigan, Montana Air National Guard Base at Great Falls International Airport, and Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma. These assessments will provide critical data on the current environmental conditions and help predict the impacts of future projects.

Service providers will be expected to perform comprehensive evaluations that include data collection, analysis, and reporting on various environmental factors such as air quality, water resources, land use, cultural resources, and biological resources. The findings from these surveys will support decision-making processes regarding development projects or operational changes at these military installations.
