USAF - EPASS - ECQ Market Research

The Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (EPASS) task order is being issued by the Space Systems Command (SSC) in support of the Strategic Warning and Surveillance Systems Directorate (SSC/ECQ). The purpose of the task order is to provide advisory and assistance services (A&AS) support to augment the organic capabilities of SSC/ECQ. The task order encompasses a wide range of professional acquisition, engineering, scientific, research, financial, and administrative capabilities to support the execution of research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities. The scope of work includes support for various divisions within SSC/ECQ, such as Operations Management Branch, Integration and Acquisition Support, Enterprise Systems Engineering and Integration Effort, Future Planning of new/TBD transitional programs, Engineering Branch, Product Support Manager Branch, Financial Management Branch, Contracting Branch, COBRA DANE Radar, Mobile C2 Systems Branch, NORAD Cheyenne Mountain Complex - Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) & Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment Integrator (SSC/ECQN/Z), Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS), Missile Defense and Missile Warning Systems Division, Shared Early Warning System (SEWS), Space Control Sensors Program Name: Space Situational Awareness (SSA) - Operations. The task order also includes provisions for surge support to meet urgent customer needs. The contractor is responsible for managing its employees and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements. Inherently governmental functions are not to be performed by the contractor.
