The GSA is conducting market research to identify capable vendors who can provide engineering support services for Project HAYW252001, specifically focusing on repairing and reconfiguring Building 194. The scope of work involves facilitating a planning charrette and generating a detailed Planning Charrette Report (PCR) along with a formal PowerPoint presentation. These deliverables will play a crucial role in advancing the project's planning phase by clearly defining project requirements, scope, costs, and criteria.

Vendors are expected to engage in several key tasks as part of their responsibilities. Initially, they will participate in a project kick-off meeting with government stakeholders to review objectives and schedules while conducting an extensive review of Government-Furnished Information (GFI). Following this, they will organize and facilitate a multi-day planning charrette aimed at validating project requirements and refining preferred courses of action. This process includes developing agendas, leading discussions, documenting proceedings, and producing comprehensive analyses within the PCR template.

Furthermore, vendors are tasked with completing the Planning Charrette Report using gathered data to provide detailed narratives on preferred courses of action alongside alternatives. They must also prepare an Advanced Planning PowerPoint Presentation that succinctly summarizes findings for executive-level review. Deliverables include draft versions for initial government feedback followed by finalized documents ready for briefing purposes.
