USAF - DMS DRAGON Support and Repair Services - MRAS

On behalf of the United States Air Force (USAF), the General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting market research to support the repair and maintenance of critical avionics systems under the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (DRAGON) program. The primary goal of this initiative is to ensure that the USAF's E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) fleet remains operationally effective by upgrading and maintaining its avionics capabilities. This effort involves leveraging both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and military off-the-shelf software and hardware to enhance situational awareness, navigation, communication, and safety features.

The scope of work outlined in this solicitation involves repairing various avionics components critical to the E-3 AWACS aircraft. Additionally, contractors must comply with quality standards set by the System Program Office Configuration Control Board (CCB) and respond promptly to surge backorders or Mission Incapable Awaiting Parts (MICAP) delivery requests.
