USAF - Dining Facility Cleaning Services - Buckley SFB, CO - MRAS

The United States Air Force (USAF), in collaboration with the General Services Administration (GSA), is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing Kitchen Police (KP) services at Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado. This initiative is part of the USAF's ongoing commitment to ensure that its personnel have access to necessary dining facilities during Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) periods. The Colorado Air National Guard (COANG) requires these services to support its members by offering meal options during their duty periods.

The scope of work outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) includes a comprehensive range of tasks necessary for the operation and maintenance of dining facilities. This encompasses the provision of all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and quality control needed to perform KP services effectively. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that these services are delivered consistently between 0800-1630 on scheduled drill weekends at Buckley Space Force Base. The PWS emphasizes maintaining an adequate workforce capable of uninterrupted service delivery while adhering to installation regulations.

The contract is structured with an initial base year followed by four additional option years, each lasting 12 months. This arrangement ensures continuity and stability in service provision over a potential five-year period. Contractors are expected to comply with all relevant safety and security regulations while operating within the installation's premises. Additionally, they must be prepared for any unscheduled gate closures or delays caused by security measures at Buckley Space Force Base.
