USAF - Cyberspace Operations Support (ECCOS) - MRAS

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the United States Air Force (USAF), is conducting market research to identify capable contractors for the Mission Delta 6 Enterprise Cybersecurity & Cyberspace Operations Support (ECCOS) initiative. The primary goal of this endeavor is to bolster the cybersecurity posture and cyberspace operations support for space mission systems under the United States Space Force (USSF) Delta 6. The overarching aim is to ensure that these systems are protected against cyber threats and that their confidentiality, integrity, and availability are maintained.

This solicitation seeks contractors capable of delivering a range of services integral to the ECCOS requirements. These services include Cybersecurity Alignment, which involves ensuring that systems meet necessary cybersecurity standards and managing alignment processes across more than 40 space mission systems. Additionally, Cybersecurity Sustainment focuses on the continuous management and quality assurance of cybersecurity services, while Enterprise Vulnerability Management emphasizes coordinating vulnerability remediation efforts.

Another critical component is Enterprise Cybersecurity Readiness, which involves ongoing evaluation and assurance of cybersecurity posture through training in cyberspace operations. Furthermore, Cyberspace Operations Command and Control requires service-level management and compliance reporting for cyberspace operations orders. Lastly, Cyberspace Operations Support provides mission assurance through IT management, communications coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
