Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the United States Air Force (USAF), is conducting market research to explore capabilities related to Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) staff support. This initiative is being led by Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) within its Operations Directorate (ACC/A3). The overarching goal of this effort is to enhance the operational effectiveness of the USAF by ensuring robust support for C2ISR functions, which are critical for national security and defense operations.

The work being requested encompasses a comprehensive range of services aimed at bolstering the C2ISR capabilities of HQ ACC. This includes providing expert staff support across various domains such as intelligence analysis, surveillance operations, reconnaissance mission planning, and command and control systems management. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines specific tasks that contractors may be expected to perform, which include but are not limited to strategic planning assistance, operational coordination, data analysis, systems integration, and technical support for C2ISR platforms.
