USAF - AETC Mobile Tours Support Services - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the United States Air Force (USAF), is conducting market research to explore potential contractors capable of delivering innovative mobile tour services. These services are intended to support the recruiting efforts of the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) across various components, including Active Duty, Air National Guard (ANG), Reserves, and Space Force. The overarching goal is to design, operate, and manage interactive and experiential mobile tours that engage prospective recruits aged 18-42 at high-traffic venues such as schools, festivals, and community events. These tours aim to generate leads and enhance brand awareness by complying with Department of Defense (DoD) safety, security, and accessibility standards while leveraging advanced technologies like augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and AI-driven engagement.

The work being requested involves creating immersive mobile tour experiences that incorporate cutting-edge technologies such as AR/VR simulations, touchscreens, and gamified activities. Contractors are expected to provide detailed plans on how they will integrate these technologies effectively to engage a target audience primarily composed of 18-24-year-olds. This includes ensuring operational safety while adhering to local regulations and DoD safety standards in managing all aspects of the tours from transportation logistics to setup and teardown operations.

Additionally, contractors must demonstrate their ability to develop systems for capturing onsite leads through tools like tablets or QR codes while integrating these systems with existing digital platforms such as the Lead Management Center (LMC) and AETC websites via APIs. Ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards is also crucial; hence proposals should include strategies for maintaining data security in line with NIST SP 800-53 guidelines. Moreover, contractors need to outline how they plan to track performance metrics using AI-powered analytics while continuously evaluating emerging technologies for integration into the mobile tour experiences.

The period of performance for this contract spans from December 1st, 2025 through November 30th, 2030 comprising one base year followed by four option years with services deployed nationwide at various locations including schools, community events, and military bases. The successful execution of this project will significantly contribute towards AETC's mission by providing dynamic in-person engagements that connect with diverse audiences across the United States.
