Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the United States Air Force (USAF), is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing comprehensive Lead Management Center (LMC) services for the Air Education and Training Command (AETC). The overall goal of this initiative is to enhance recruiting efforts across the Department of the Air Force Total Force, which includes Active Duty, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve, and Space Force components. The intent is to modernize recruitment processes by leveraging advanced technologies and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

The work requested involves designing, implementing, and managing a centralized system that efficiently collects, processes, tracks, and analyzes recruiting leads. This system will serve as a hub for capturing leads from various sources such as websites, social media platforms, recruiting events, and digital campaigns. It must integrate with Department of the Air Force platforms like legacy and future Customer Relationship Management systems (CRMs) and recruiting websites. The period of performance for this contract spans from December 1st, 2025 through November 30th 2030 with one base year followed by four option years ensuring long-term support for AETC's recruitment modernization goals. Contractors are also tasked with ongoing maintenance responsibilities including proactive issue resolution measures alongside regular performance reporting duties aimed at maintaining system reliability within evolving technological landscapes while adhering strictly towards established compliance guidelines related specifically towards user-friendliness along with accessibility standards like Section 508 or WCAG Level AA requirements.
