USACE SPK Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Construction - F-35 East Campus Infrastructure - Hill AFB, UT   4

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this solicitation for the F-35 East Campus Infrastructure project at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The mission of the USACE is to provide vital engineering services to the nation, including construction and infrastructure development.

The goal of this contract is to execute a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project that enhances the infrastructure necessary for the F-35 program, ensuring that it meets operational requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will perform a variety of construction tasks under this contract, which includes:
1. American Water Utility Infrastructure SOW
2. City Light & Power Utility Infrastructure SOW
3. TACAN Relocation
4. Sitework - General, Paving/Surfacing
5. Airfield Paving
6. Airfield Lighting
7. Natural Gas Distribution Piping System
8. Fire Suppression Water Infrastructure
9. Central Utility Plant/CA and FP Building.

The project will be executed under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) structure with a maximum value between $100 million and $250 million, utilizing a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection methodology.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence within 10 calendar days after the notice to proceed is received by the contractor and must be completed within 799 calendar days from the award date.
