Background
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) has a requirement to construct eleven (11) Containerized Ammunition Holding Facilities (CAHF), also known as holding pads, at the Military Ocean Terminal Concord in Concord, California.

The project is designed to meet Department of Defense (DoD) explosive safety standards, ensuring secure storage for ammunition.

Work Details
The construction tasks under this contract include:
1. Building eleven CAHF with associated ammunition storage pads.
2. Constructing protective earthen berms around the facilities.
