USACE Nashville District - JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR HENDERSONVILLE LEASED OFFICE   3

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Nashville District is seeking to obtain janitorial services for its leased facility located at 131 Maple Row Blvd, Suite E-500, Hendersonville, TN 37075. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the personnel working at the Hendersonville Field Office.

Work Details
The contractor will perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, break room, conference room, and stairways. The contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel. Key tasks include:

1. Routine Cleaning (Twice a Week):
- Thorough cleaning of toilets and bathrooms using non-abrasive cleaners.
- Emptying wastepaper baskets and replacing liners.
- Cleaning break room surfaces including tables and counters.

2. Once a Week Cleaning:
- Sweeping and damp mopping floor areas.
- Dusting and cleaning all furniture.
- Vacuuming rugs and carpets.

3. Monthly Cleaning:
- Spot cleaning baseboards and walls.
- Dusting tops of tall furniture and windowsills.

4. Quarterly Cleaning:
- Replacing HVAC filters every three months.
- Cleaning interior surfaces of microwaves.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of contract award with four one-year options available for renewal.
