USACE - Mobile District Construction Management Serv - MRAS

To execute these tasks effectively, selected firms must possess expertise across various engineering disciplines including project management, architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, structural engineering, cost estimation, construction quality assurance inspection across multiple specialties (civil, electrical, mechanical), project scheduling, environmental compliance specialization among others. Firms should have the capability to manage multiple disciplines concurrently while executing at least four task orders simultaneously with an average value per task order ranging from $3 million to $10 million.

This market research effort also aims to identify potential small business partners who can self-perform more than 50% of the work required under this contract.
