USACE - Army Vantage FSR - MRAS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), through the General Services Administration (GSA), is seeking to advance its digital transformation initiatives by enhancing its operational workflows. This effort is part of a broader modernization strategy aimed at transitioning from manual, locally managed processes to structured, enterprise-integrated systems. The initiative aligns with federal and Army mandates for digital transformation, emphasizing the need for data consolidation, automated reporting, and improved enterprise visibility.

The contract requires the provision of a Field Service Representative (FSR) who will support the integration of Army Vantage a comprehensive data management platform into USACE's existing operational framework. The FSR's role involves facilitating backend integration support, managing data ingestion sequencing, ensuring data validation, and coordinating with enterprise liaison functions. This position is crucial to bridge organizational gaps in capacity and readiness while fostering institutional trust and aligning expectations across various stakeholders.

In addition to technical integration tasks, the FSR will play a pivotal role in documenting current workflows and designing future-state processes that align with Army Vantage capabilities. They will support pilot executions and develop replicable documentation packages to streamline future transitions within other directorates. A significant aspect of this role includes user training and adoption support through role-based training sessions, self-service resources creation, and tracking adoption metrics.

Moreover, the FSR will be responsible for regular status reporting on integration progress and managing stakeholder engagement through coordination meetings and issue identification processes. By providing these services on-site within the USACE Mission Support Battalion (UMSB), the FSR ensures that all transition activities are aligned with leadership objectives utilizing Army Vantage's templated dashboard functions for HR data visibility thereby replacing outdated manual data pulls with efficient automated solutions.
