Background
The contract is for USACC SORD Monthly Internet Services, Wi-Fi, and Hosted Voice-Fiber in Houston, TX. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Knox is the primary point of contact responsible for providing information and responding to inquiries.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide managed internet services including dedicated internet access via fiber, voice service with unlimited local and CONUS calling, conference room coverage, fax or eFax capability, cable drops, and managed wireless access points. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and three (3) 12-month option years.
The contractor shall develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed according to the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The work will be performed at 2000 West Loop South, Suite 1000, Houston, TX 77027.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and three (3) 12-month option years. The Base Year will start on 15 JULY 2024 and end on 14 JULY 2025.
