Background
The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Office of the Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs is seeking high-quality firms experienced in complex Design/Build fit-out construction projects for the temporary USA Pavilion at the Belgrade, Serbia Expo 2027.

The goal of this contract is to facilitate U.S. participation in the expo through a pavilion that aligns with the theme 'Play for Humanity – Sport and Music for All'.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the full design, development, fit-out construction, installation, project management, and final disposition of a USA Pavilion at Expo 2027 in Belgrade, Serbia.

Key tasks include:
- Full design and construction fit-out of a single-story pavilion with a gross floor area of 972 sqm (36.00m x 27.00m) and a height of 10M.
- Incorporation of commercial space for food & beverage and retail not exceeding 20% of GFA.
- Modular and removable stage and performance spaces.
- Event hosting spaces including VIP space for 16 people and meeting room for 12 people.
- Design must include appealing exterior façade, landscaping, crowd control features, wayfinding experiences, and accommodate high visitor volumes during the expo duration.
- Development of immersive exhibition content under DOS guidance that supports U.S. public diplomacy goals.
- Compliance with Expo guidelines including sustainability, accessibility, safety requirements, and integration of innovative multisensory exhibition content.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period leading up to and during the Expo 2027 event, which lasts three months for the Specialized Expo and six months for the World Expo.
