Description

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Leonardo DRS Airborne & Intelligence Systems to provide installation, post-installation, retesting and calibration of modification kits on Advanced Data Acquisition and Control Systems (ADACS) units onboard a Virginia Class Submarine under authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the Size Standard of 1,300 applies. The Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repair Rebuilding of Equipment-Ship and Marine Equipment.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) by the award date. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02, DFARS 01/22/2024, and NMCARS 18-22.
