The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to perform work in accordance with work package HRMC-505-24. The tentative start date is 15 February 2024 with a delivery date of 15 February 2025. The work shall be performed at JBPHH, HI.

The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-24-R-0007. Proposals will be due on 31 January 2024 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.

This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-01, DFARS (10/30/2023) and NMCARS 18-22.

In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1 a sources sought notice was posted to the Government Point of Entry, sam.gov, from 1 December 2023 through 6 December 2023 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received one response from industry.

This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repair, Rebuilding of Equipment - Ship and Marine Equipment.

Proposal Due Date: On or before Wednesday, 31 January 2024, 0900 HST, Offerors shall submit their proposals via email to the listed POCs.

Work Details
