Description

This is Amendment No. 1, including minutes of the meeting and answers to all Prospective offerors questions, plus updated solicitation.

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Rabat, Morocco is seeking to procure vehicle insurance services for its official vehicles and motorcycles, including those at the US Consulate General in Casablanca. The contract aims to provide comprehensive insurance coverage to ensure operational readiness and legal compliance.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide third party liability insurance coverage for bodily injuries, property damage, legal representation, technical expertise for accident determination, towing services, reporting assistance, reimbursement for no-default damages, and police report reimbursement. Additionally, the contractor must furnish managerial and administrative support, legal assistance in case of accidents brought to court, and submit monthly and semi-annual reports on vehicle status and resolved cases. The contractor is also responsible for updating the list of covered vehicles and providing insurance decals within ten days of contract award or modification.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period begins on the start date specified in the Notice to Proceed and continues for a base period of 12 months with options for four additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the U.S. Embassy in Rabat and the US Consulate General in Casablanca.
