Description

This USMS requirement is for a contractor to administer the writing skills exam (45 items) plus a job-knowledge exam (140 items in 3 parts), to USMS employees at various locations throughout the United States and its protectorates, primarily via a computer-based system. Based on USMS policy directive 3.1.F.5.a.1), "Employees applying for promotion must have a current Merit Promotion Exam score on file in accordance with established timeframes".
