• NOT be located inside a shopping mall/center
• NOT collocated with, OR within a 1,000 ft of, day care facilities, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics, immigration services, probation offices, public defenders, and/or social services (including but not limited to SSA and HHS)
• Accommodate secured parking requirements: garage with a secure fenced/divided area or on-grade lot within secure fenced area
• IF onsite parking cannot be provided, parking must be located within a 2-block radius of the office

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
