US Forest Service Law Enforcement and Investigations Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation from GSA on behalf of the US Forest Service Law Enforcement and Investigation for one (1) Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 (June 2, 2023). The General Services Administration requires one (1) Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The solicitation intends to award a firm-fixed price delivery order as a result of this Request for Quote (RFQ), specifically a Motor Vehicle Delivery Order (MVDO). Respondents must complete and return all required documentation by the quote due date. Delivery dates are a significant evaluation factor.

Work Details
The specific product to be delivered under the contract is one (1) Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The solicitation requires respondents to provide the following:
1. SF 18 - Completed and signed cover page, Complete section C on page 3 (Submit all pages 1-6)
2. RFQ Amendment Acknowledgement (Sign SF30 and Include with quote package)
3. B.2 Price Cost Delivery Schedule document (Excel Attachment) – Complete and submit
4. B.3 Technical Specification – Provide a completed technical specification for each vehicle quoted using the applicable technical specification document.
5. Manufacturer’s Vehicle Window Sticker – respondent must provide the manufacturer’s vehicle window sticker for each vehicle quoted.
6. Vehicle must be California emissions compliant and a copy or a picture of the quoted vehicle’s emissions sticker must be provided with the quote.

Period of Performance
The delivery date for the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is August 14, 2023 at 12:00 PM EST.

Place of Performance
The product will be delivered to US Department of Agriculture, 1600 Tollhouse Road, Clovis, CA, 93611.
