US DOT's Web Agility 3.0

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) is seeking information from vendors for their "WEB AGILITY 3.0" project. The DOT's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is responsible for developing websites and web infrastructure to support the department's goals. The contract will include operations and maintenance of DOT web environments, development of new websites and microsites, content management, accessibility compliance, and more. The current web service platform used by the OCIO is Drupal.

The contract type for this opportunity is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH), and Time & Material (T&M) order types. The contract vehicle is GSA MAS Category 54151S. The period of performance for this contract is from October 31, 2022, to October 30, 2027.

The scope of requirements includes strategic planning and governance support, administration and maintenance of the Drupal environment, website redesign and migration projects, content management, accessibility compliance, agile web development, quality assurance and project management support, and new media development.

Interested vendors must submit their responses to the DOT by January 20, 2022. The DOT points of contact for submissions are Dean Burnett and Jeff Martin.
