The US District Court for the Northern District of Alabama is requesting open market quotes for removing the wall covering and painting the hallways, ceilings, and door frames on 4 floors. The period of performance shall start on the date of the award and end within forty-five (45) days of the date of the award. The place of performance will be Hugo L. Black Courthouse, 1729 5th Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama 35203.

Work Details
Remove and dispose of wallcovering on the hallways of the 4th floor through the 7th floor.
Sand prime and skim walls to prep for paint.
Provide and paint 2 coats of paint on walls ceilings and door frames.
Tools are to be cleaned only in janitor's closet mop sink or offsite location.
Work areas are always to be kept clean.
All flooring, doors, furniture and hardware are to be protected from paint splatter.
All trash is the contractor's responsibility to be removed from site. Building dumpsters shall not be used for disposal.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall start on the date of the award and end within forty-five (45) days of the date of the award.
