The US Bank SinglePoint system is a web-based service designed for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to facilitate access to returned item checks and adjustments for processing. This system plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of taxpayer returned item checks and forms.

The IRS Submission Processing Campuses located in Austin, TX, and Ogden, UT, utilize this system to deposit their checks with US Bank, which also processes dishonored check debits. The mission of the SinglePoint system is to enhance workflow efficiency and improve customer service for taxpayers.

Work Details
The contractor will provide services to turn the SinglePoint system back on for IRS end users to retrieve checks. Key tasks include:
1) Uploading returned item checks daily in the morning;
2) Delivering returned item checks that are to be housed monthly with a retention period of five years;
3) Conducting training sessions and providing user guides for end users within two weeks of contract award;
4) Ensuring compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act regarding accessibility;
5) Monitoring quality assurance of products delivered to the IRS;
6) Maintaining version control of user guides and training materials.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is five years, consisting of a 12-month base period from August 30, 2025, to August 29, 2026, followed by four additional option periods each lasting twelve months.

The contract will be performed at IRS Submission Processing Campuses located in Austin, TX, and Ogden, UT.
