SOLE SOURCE COMMERCIAL: The US Bank SinglePoint system is a web-based service for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) end user to access and pull off the returned item checks and adjustments for processing. The checks are scanned through manual deposits and upload on the system. The mission of the Single point system is to deliver the taxpayer returned item checks and forms, ensuring a timely and accurately process. IRS Submission Processing Campuses located in Austin, TX and Ogden, UT, deposit their checks with US Bank. Submission Processing Accounting processes the dishonored check debits coming back from US Bank.

The anticipated task order period of performance for Single point will be five years, consisting of a 12-month base period and 4 twelve-month option period.

Work Details
The contractor will provide services to turn the SinglePoint system back on for IRS end users to retrieve checks. Key tasks include:
1) Uploading returned item checks daily in the morning;
2) Delivering returned item checks that are to be housed monthly with a retention period of five years;
3) Conducting training sessions and providing user guides for end users within two weeks of contract award;
4) Ensuring compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act regarding accessibility;
5) Monitoring quality assurance of products delivered to the IRS;
6) Maintaining version control of user guides and training materials.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is five years, consisting of a 12-month base period from August 30, 2025, to August 29, 2026, followed by four additional option periods each lasting twelve months.
