The US Army 413th CSB Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii has officially awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) commercial services requirements contract valued at $20,204,915.80 to Hana Enterprises Inc. This contract provides comprehensive installation-wide grounds maintenance and tree trimming services at the US Army Garrison installation Schofield Barracks and Fort Shafter starting 11 August 2026 to 10 August 2027, one-year base period and four 12-month option periods including a six-month extension if required.

This competitive 8(a) set-aside award was made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The evaluation determined that Hana Enterprises Inc. met or exceeded the baseline acceptability standards for all non-price technical factors outlined in the solicitation and submitted the lowest total evaluated price to the Government. No additional credit was given for exceeding technical requirements.
