Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award FA860120A0011, awarded to Fortec Litho Tristate for $222,861 (02/05/20–07/31/26). The prior BPA covers medical services for the UroNavigation Fusion System at Wright-Patterson AFB, including providing the system to perform ultrasound biopsies and MRI biopsies, as well as supplying an ultrasound system for Da Vinci robotic nephrectomies with equipment/probes rented for surgical procedures. The current requirement similarly calls for UroNavigation Fusion System support for MRI biopsies and an ultrasound system for Da Vinci robotic nephrectomies, indicating continuity of the same core navigation/fusion and intra-operative support function.
