Background
This solicitation is for on-call Urology Services at the Hershel 'Woody' Williams VA Medical Center, issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
The goal of the contract is to provide high-quality urology services to veterans, ensuring adherence to established medical standards and practices.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive urology services including: clinical urology services, surgeries, consultations, cystoscopies, and specialty exams related to urological conditions.
All contractor physicians must be board certified by the American Board of Urology and maintain current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
The contractor is responsible for credentialing and privileging of their staff in accordance with VA regulations.
Services must meet or exceed standards set by the American Urological Association, The Joint Commission, and the American Hospital Association.
The contractor's physicians are required to document care appropriately in medical records and comply with all relevant privacy laws.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is estimated to start on June 1, 2025, and end on May 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Hershel 'Woody' Williams VA Medical Center located in Huntington, West Virginia.
