Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Urology services utilizing a Holmium or Thulium and Greenlight XPS laser; Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripter (ESWL), ESWL operator, C-arm fluoroscope, and patient bed; MRI-Ultrasound Fusion with an operator to include procuring imaging from compatible 3T MRI centers with targets identified by radiologists certified to identity target lesions as well as the necessary equipment and software to enable targeted prostate biopsy capability.

Background
This solicitation is issued by the Naval Hospital Jacksonville for urology services, specifically utilizing advanced laser technologies and imaging systems. The goal is to provide comprehensive urology services that include the use of Holmium or Thulium lasers, Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripter (ESWL), and MRI-Ultrasound Fusion capabilities to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following services:
1. Urology Laser Services: Including Greenlight XPS laser service with technician support and necessary equipment.
2. Holmium or Thulium Laser Services: Providing equipment lease and technician support for procedures.
3. Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripter (ESWL) Services: Including operator, C-arm fluoroscope, and patient bed for lithotripsy procedures.
4. MRI-Ultrasound Fusion Services: Involving procurement of imaging from compatible 3T MRI centers, targeting lesions identified by certified radiologists, along with necessary equipment and software for targeted prostate biopsy capability.
5. Preventative Maintenance: Scheduled visits to maintain equipment uptime of 95%.
6. Corrective Action Response: Onsite maintenance to ensure equipment is operational within 48 hours or provision of equivalent replacement equipment to maintain 95% uptime.
7. Service Reports: Detailed reports on performed services must be provided within 2 days after completion.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with options available for subsequent years until September 30, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Naval Hospital Jacksonville located at 2080 Child Street, Jacksonville, FL 32214-5000.
