MOBILIZATION IS 1-2 DAYS AFTER NOTICE OF AWARD AND COMPLETION IS 3-5 DAYS AFTER NOTICE OF AWARD

MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 24/7 MAINTENANCE WITH RESPONSE TIME OF 1 HOUR AND ONSITE TO FIX BEYOND PHONE TROUBLESHOOT WITHIN 2 HOURS.

THE POP IS FOR 5 MONTHS, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND EITHER HVAC OR GENERATOR, OR BOTH SERVICES FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 MONTHS SHOULD THE GOVERNMENT HAVE A CONTINUED NEED.

CLIN 0001 & 0003 WILL BE BILLED AFTER SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED. CLIN 0002 WILL BE BILLED EACH MONTH AFTER SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED.

Background
The contract is issued by the U.S. government to provide urgent temporary HVAC rentals for Military Working Dog (MWD) kennels at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. The goal of the contract is to ensure a comfortable environment for MWDs by maintaining appropriate climate control through the installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment and tools for installing and maintaining temporary heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Key tasks include:
1. Delivery and installation of HVAC and generator equipment.
2. Monthly rental and maintenance of HVAC and generator units for a period of 5 months, with an option to extend for an additional 5 months if needed.
3. Removal of all equipment at the end of the contract period.
4. Perform initial and post-work scope surveys to ensure compliance with HVAC industry standards, state and federal codes, and environmental regulations.
5. Provide maintenance services including emergency response within 1 hour for calls and onsite fixes within 2 hours.
6. Maintain fuel levels for generators to ensure continuous operation of HVAC units, including refueling as necessary.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is set for 5 months starting from May 2, 2025, with an option to extend either HVAC or generator services for an additional 5 months based on government needs.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, specifically in buildings 7634, 7638, 7640, 7642, 7599, and 7600.
