Background
The Army Contracting Command (ACC), Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Tobyhanna Division, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price (FFP) service contract for Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) services located at Tobyhanna Army Depot.

This service contract is necessary to ensure the equipment that the UPS units support maintains operational status in the case of a power outage, which is crucial for meeting production goals.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance and unscheduled/emergency repairs to all aspects and associated equipment for multiple 'point of use' UPS systems located at Tobyhanna Army Depot.

The contractor is responsible for performing routine scheduled preventative maintenance as well as responding to unscheduled/emergency repair calls when requested.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to fulfill these requirements.

The objectives include keeping identified UPS equipment running optimally to minimize downtime.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from September 13, 2026, to September 12, 2027, with options for additional years extending through September 12, 2028.

Place of Performance
Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466-5079, United States.

Bidder Requirements
To receive an award, the company must have an active registration in the System for Award Management with no active exclusions and no debt subject to offset. Offerors must be found responsible.
