Description

The Lawton Indian Hospital (LIH), Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for three (3) high quality medical grade UPS systems to ensure the continuous operation of critical laboratory equipment during power outages, preventing equipment damage and data loss. LIH relies on sensitive electronic equipment to perform critical medical tests and research. Power fluctuations and outages can result in significant disruptions, potential damage to equipment, and loss of valuable test results. To mitigate these risks, high-quality medical grade UPS systems are required to provide backup power and voltage regulation.

Background
The Lawton Indian Hospital (LIH), part of the Indian Health Services (IHS), has a requirement for three high-quality medical grade UPS systems.
These systems are essential to ensure the continuous operation of critical laboratory equipment during power outages, which can lead to equipment damage and data loss.
LIH relies on sensitive electronic equipment to perform vital medical tests and research, making the need for reliable backup power and voltage regulation crucial.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following items:
1) NXT-NPTU600-LM-N, medically approved 600 VA UPS;
2) PVI-ABCE2202-11MED-D, 1800 VA Medical UPS;
3) Shipping and Handling for the delivery of these items.
The total quantity includes one unit of the first UPS model and two units of the second model, along with shipping costs.
All items must meet specified technical requirements outlined in the attached specifications.
