Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on the prior UPS maintenance award 36C24822P1595, awarded to Venergy Group for $1,780,136 (07/01/22–06/30/27). The prior work is described as “Uninterruptible Power Supply Maintenance,” and the current requirement similarly calls for preventative maintenance of multiple UPS systems at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, including scheduled inspections, cleaning/diagnostics review, battery and parts replacement, and service documentation—suggesting continuity of the same type of UPS support services.
