Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, under the Department of the Interior, is issuing a contract for heavy equipment rental to support construction services in the Upper Colorado Basin. The contract aims to fulfill the equipment rental needs for various projects across 17 western states, including embankment dam repairs and wetland mitigation.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for delivery, setup, and rental/lease of heavy equipment as listed in the price schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating supply and delivery of equipment beyond 300 miles from the source, providing repair services for government-owned fleet equipment when required, and ensuring compliance with all contract requirements. The contractor must also provide documentation verifying freight charges for both local and long-distance deliveries.

Period of Performance
The contract has a performance period of five years with specific ordering periods: Base Period from 05/15/2021 to 05/14/2022; Ordering Period I from 05/15/2022 to 05/14/2023; Ordering Period II from 05/15/2023 to 05/14/2024; Ordering Period III from 05/15/2024 to 05/14/2025; Ordering Period IV from 05/15/2025 to 05/14/2026.

- Imperial Dam, CA/AZ.
