Description

Upgrade the existing video wall to provide 4 additional video encoder inputs from the Milestone CCTV System as well as ongoing annual service for that same system with up to two (2) option years to extend annual services.
Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the upgrade of the existing video wall at the Lake Mead National Recreation Area Interagency Communications Center. This center serves as a critical public safety point and primary communications hub for multiple federal agencies, monitoring approximately 330 CCTV cameras and various alarm systems across 1.5 million acres.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the video wall system by adding four additional video encoder inputs from the Milestone CCTV System, along with providing ongoing annual service for the system, which includes up to three option years for extended services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Provide and install four new network video encoders with necessary cabling and network interface equipment, ensuring compatibility with existing Milestone Server’s Smart Wall system without interfering with current equipment or warranties.
2. Reconfigure two existing touch screen control panels to integrate new video sources located in both the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Conference Room and dispatch center.
3. Replace the existing Biamp Audia Flex processor that supplies audio to dispatch workstations, including any required provisioning or programming to maintain functionality without impacting existing equipment.
4. Conduct training for dispatch personnel post-installation to familiarize them with updated system functionalities.
5. Provide updated as-built drawings reflecting both new and existing system equipment.
6. Deliver one year of complete service support for the Audio-Visual Equipment within LMICC following installation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from March 1, 2025, to June 30, 2029, including a one-year service agreement followed by up to three option years for annual services.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Lake Mead National Recreation Area Interagency Communications Center located at 101 Katzenbach Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
