SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. SOURCES ARE BEING SOUGHT FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! THERE IS NO SOLICIATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.

This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The sole purpose of this notice is to identify potential System for Award Management (SAM) Database active registered businesses, capable of performing this work.

The U.S. Air Force Reserve Command is seeking any small business set-a-side that are interested and capable of providing contracted support to the 911th Communications Squadron, to comprehensively upgrade all telephone services from the current legacy analog systems to a seamless integration with a local and long-distance telecommunications service provider. This upgrade will involve the porting of our existing 2,000 telephone numbers, enabling 24 local and long-distance concurrent calls, and the elimination of 2 LSTDM circuits upon completion. Additional information can be found within the attached Performance Work Statement. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed is 517111. The size standard for this NAICS is 1,500 employees.

All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm's capabilities in providing the required service.

Background
The U.S. Air Force Reserve Command is seeking small business set-asides capable of providing contracted support to the 911th Communications Squadron. The goal of this contract is to upgrade all telephone services from legacy analog systems to a seamless integration with local and long-distance telecommunications service providers. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Upgrade telephone services including local and long-distance services.
2. Port existing 2,000 telephone numbers to the new system.
3. Enable 24 concurrent local and long-distance calls.
4. Eliminate 2 LSTDM circuits upon completion of the upgrade.
5. Develop, maintain, enforce, and document a Quality Control Plan (QCP) or Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
6. Provide timely, accurate deliverables that meet established standards in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
7. Conduct inspections on major services and deliverables, maintaining records of inspections performed for review by the Government upon request.
8. Ensure availability during normal hours of operation from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
