Background

Work Details
The contractor shall demolish and remove all existing mechanical equipment serving the seed storage cooler. This includes capturing all existing R-12 refrigerant and disposing of it in accordance with applicable EPA regulations. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and coordination necessary for the demolition of the existing refrigeration equipment and the installation of a new refrigeration system. The upgraded system must maintain a temperature range of 32–41 °F with a relative humidity of 40% RH.
