Background
The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is issuing this solicitation for the upgrade of the Element Biosciences AVITI Model# 710-00413 located in Kerrville, Texas.

The goal of this contract is to enhance laboratory capabilities through the procurement of advanced analytical laboratory instruments, specifically tailored for small business concerns as part of a Total Small Business Set-Aside initiative.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing an upgrade to the Element Biosciences AVITI Model# 710-00413. Key tasks include:
- Meeting all schedule requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Providing a detailed explanation of any SOW requirements that cannot be accomplished.
- Delivering all parts and services within 90 days of award.
- Submitting pricing for all items as specified in the Schedule of Items. Failure to propose pricing for all individual line items may result in exclusion from further consideration.
