Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking to upgrade and repurpose conference rooms within the NASA Aeronautics Research Institute (NARI) located at Moffett Field, CA.

The goal of this contract is to enhance collaboration capabilities by upgrading conference room 202, repurposing conference room 201 for compatibility with NASA-approved MS Teams collaboration tools, and converting room 214 into a collaborative breakout or impromptu meeting space.

These upgrades are intended to support hybrid meetings and ensure compliance with NASA's IT and security requirements.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the following tasks:
- For Room 201:
- Install a 4K wireless presentation system compatible with multiple devices.
- Purchase and install wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted cameras with UHD video capture capabilities.
- Install a stereo amplifier/mixer and soundbars for audio enhancement.
- Assemble six tables and a media cabinet for A/V equipment.
- For Room 202:
- Upgrade existing A/V systems including a matrix switcher, ceiling microphone array, touchscreen control system, and additional furniture matching existing specifications.
- For Room 214:
- Install furniture for casual discussions including lounge chairs, dining tables, counter tables, and decor items such as plants and wall art.
- General tasks include patching walls, painting, removing excess furniture, and ensuring all installations comply with federal energy efficiency standards.
