Description

Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the project titled 'Update HVAC Building 1281' at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina.

The mission of this project is to enhance the HVAC systems within Building 1281 to ensure optimal performance and compliance with current standards. This project aims to provide improved air quality and system efficiency in support of the facility's operational needs.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Modifications to HVAC equipment and systems
- Provision of an additional exhaust system
- Modifications to controls hardware and sequences
- Cleaning of units and ductwork
- Modifications to existing rooftop ductwork
- Full commissioning of existing and new systems
- Complete testing and balancing of existing and new HVAC systems
- Any incidental related work necessary to complete the project.

Period of Performance
All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after award.
